Janice Johnson, MS, CAE

Executive Director


Janice has 20 years of experience in association and credentialing management. Prior to her engagement by ABRET, Janice spent 17 years as the director of a CAAHEP-accredited Neurodiagnostics Program. She also worked for Southern Illinois University School of Medicine doing research under the Department of Psychiatry and was adjunct faculty for the Neurology Residency and Fellowship programs. Janice holds a Master's Degree in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Education. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), a Credentialing Specialist through the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE), and a Fellow of both ASET: The Neurodiagnostic Society and The American Clinical Neurophysiology Society (ACNS.)

Anna Bonner, MBA, R. EEG T., RPSGT

Sr. Director of Operations & Programs


Anna has over 14 years of experience in neurodiagnostics and holds credentials in EEG and PSG. She is responsible for program management in support of ABRET’s strategic plan and goals, operational oversight of the work of committees, volunteers, vendors, and consultants, and developing measures and benchmarks to assess the success and viability of programs. Anna holds an associate degree in neurodiagnostics, bachelor's degrees in biology and biopsychology, and an MBA with a concentration in Project Management from Louisiana State University. She is a fellow of ASET - The Neurodiagnostic Society (FASET) and the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society (FACNS).

Daniel Walbert, CSSGB, QAS, PMQ, APMF

Director of Operations


Daniel brings over 18 years of expertise in credentialing and association management. In his current role, he oversees office operations and workflows supporting all credentialing services, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. He monitors key performance indicators to track progress and implements, manages, and evaluates operational processes to drive continuous improvement. Daniel also leads initiatives focused on innovation and growth, including the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) strategies to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and member engagement across credentialing programs. He is responsible for developing ancillary revenue streams through strategic program design and product innovation that leverage emerging technologies. He is a Credentialing Specialist certified by the Institute of Credentialing Excellence (ICE), a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), a Qualified Association Specialist (QAS) through ASAE, and holds professional certifications in Project Management (PMQ) and Agile Project Management (APMF). An active member of both the Indiana Society of Association Executives (ISAE) and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), Daniel further strengthens his leadership foundation with a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University.

Tami Glisson, BS

Director of Programs


Tami has over 15 years of experience in association and credentialing management. Tami facilitates database management and data integrity for all credentials. She works directly with the certification application auditor and interfaces with Certemy to support our Credential Management Program. Tami also facilitates the transfer of data to our testing service provider and works directly with exam development committees to plan item writing and training conferences. She holds a Bachelors degree and is a Credentialing Specialist through the Institute of Credentialing Excellence (ICE.)

Chey Sherman
Administrative Assistant


Chey provides comprehensive support to all staff members and ensures the smooth daily operation of the organization. With a focus on efficiency and attention to detail, Chey manages a wide range of administrative functions, including processing applications and recertifications, communication, document preparation, and workflow coordination. Known for taking a proactive approach, Chey assists in streamlining office processes, maintaining records, and supporting special projects across departments. She plays a key role in fostering a collaborative and productive work environment by anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping operations running seamlessly.

Lynn Bragg, R. EEG/EP T.

Auditor


Lynn is the exam application auditor for ABRET. She holds both an R. EEG T., and R. EP T. Lynn worked in electroneurodiagnostics for 43 years before retiring from NeuroCare Center in Canton, Ohio. Lynn is a past President of the Ohio Society of END Technologists and a previous ABRET board member.  She is also a frequent speaker for ASET. Lynn has been married 44 years, has 2 children, and 4 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to the National Parks as well as cruising.
